Jeremy Radke, father and supporter of his beautiful family with wife Jessica and three children—two of whom have special needs, is fighting for his life against metastatic Osteosarcoma.  Osteosarcoma is a rare form of cancer with an 80% two-year recurrence rate. Jeremy has already endured close to 15 rounds of chemo and a limb-salvaging surgery where they replaced almost all the bones in his leg with fake bone and rearranged his calf muscle to the front. Anything touched by this cancer must be removed. With the lung cancer alone, his survival rate is less than 15%. osteosarcoma does not respond to radiation which means the use of such an intense chemo regimen can be deadly in itself. It causes heart failure, liver failure, kidney failure, and secondary cancers like leukemia. This is why he has to be hospitalized and monitored for one to two weeks at a time during treatment. “He still has seven more rounds of chemo and a lung surgery to go,” says his wife, Jessica. She pleads, “Please, Please help us! We have three kids, two of which we are legal guardians of and who have special needs. My husband of 12 years is only 33-years-old with terminal cancer. We just received word today they are canceling our insurance.”

All proceeds benefit the family of Jeremy Radke, father of three and cancer victim. This is the link for Caring Bridge, which has all the information and updates on his struggles.  http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/jeremyradke
